The TOEFL learning path
TOEFL® Steps provides teachers, institutions and other score users a guiding tool for determining student progression and readiness across the TOEFL Family of Assessments. Using the CEFR as the basis to interpret scores, it compares reading and listening scores across the four TOEFL tests to show student progress, so you know when they’re ready to take the next step.
Use the tables below to determine if your students are ready to begin or progress to the next TOEFL test based on their skills and CEFR level.
